My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2023

I haven't been weighing myself lately and haven't been walking as much and this morning I realised I have put in 5kg in just 2 months. So it's time to focus on steps and eating. So from today I'm back to a 20k target.

To hit my target, I went for a walk to the beach. In the way I saw a few birds. First bird was a galah.

Next was a kookaburra

And finally a cockatoo

This provided me some entertainment along the way. Finally I reached the beach. To.my.surprise it was high tide but still lots of sand.

This is because with the el nino weather event, the sea currents are such that it pushes sand back to the beach. As you can see it was high tide with water all the way to the sea wall.
After the beach I walked home as the sun was setting, unfortunately in my.eyes as I was walking west.
