My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2024
Yesterday was the last day before I try to lose an intense amount of weight. I am giving myself until the 30th of June to get down to 70kg. That's 8.1kg over 61 days.
Every kg is 37000kJ of energy, so that means I need to eat 300MJ less food than I burn. Which ends up being about 5000kJ net deficit per day.
On an average day I burn 12000kJ because I walk about 20000 steps per day, so that means I can eat around 7000kJ, which is 1600kCal per day for those using imperial system of units.
We will see how I go.
