Mi informe de Actifit: abril 25 2025 #swc
En el día de hoy les vengo a contar mi aventura para llegar hasta los 5000 pasos, comenzando desde muy temprano, levantándome bastante motivado para poder entrenar aproximadamente a las 6:30 am, ya que llevaba un tiempo lesionado en el trapecio y en el serrato, cosa que me había impedido entrenar con una intensidad "alta", pero ya curado, puedo sentir esa motivación nuevamente.
Logré realizar una rutina efectiva en la cual implementé más de 200 saltos de cuerda en el calentamiento en forma de resistencia. También realicé alguno que otro estiramiento con su respectiva movilidad articular por un tiempo para prepararme lo mejor físicamente.
Al final, en mi rutina, realicé 10 series efectivas donde logré recuperar nuevamente la full, aunque claro está que no podía meterle tanta intensidad a alguno que otro elemento, como ejemplo el front level, al cual lo complementé con un ligero volumen en forma de propiocepción para lograr recuperar mi nivel en el mismo.
Al terminar, me relajé un poco esperando el almuerzo para luego de almorzar alistarme e irme a mi clase de gastronomía en la institución Fogón Gourmet, en la cual soy estudiante. Esta clase empezó a las 2 y estaba bastante entusiasmado, ya que los platos que íbamos a realizar sonaban bastante interesantes y quería ver qué nos esperaba la cocina el día de hoy.
Realizamos platos como la sopa seca peruana, un chupe de camarones y un champú de guanábana, varios platos que sinceramente me encantaron; una experiencia bastante innovadora y que sinceramente me dejó con nuevos sabores que me encantaron y estoy más que feliz de haber podido probarlos.
Al terminar la clase nos tomaron unas fotos y me fui directamente a mi hogar, donde sentí algo de cansancio y decidí dormir para poder relajarme y descansar de este largo día.

We made dishes such as Peruvian dry soup, shrimp soup, and soursop shampoo, several dishes that I sincerely loved; a very innovative experience that honestly left me with new flavors that I loved and I am more than happy to have been able to try them.
At the end of the class they took some photos of us and I went directly home, where I felt a little tired and decided to sleep to be able to relax and rest from this long day.
