En el día de hoy le vengo a contar mi aventura para llegar a los 5000 pasos, comenzando el día yendo a una clase especial de gastronomía donde realizamos algunos platos brasileños, pero me di cuenta de que la bandeja donde iba a realizar nuestros platos estaba sucia; por ende, me comprometí a lavarla y, sinceramente, estaba bastante pegado lo que habían hecho anteriormente ahí. Aún así, quedó bastante bien y me salieron unos hermosos y deliciosos panes de queso brasileños.
También realizamos una sopa de maíz brasileña, una preparación bastante buena que la verdad requirió de procesos muy diferentes a lo que habitualmente habíamos realizado, y me impresionó bastante el tener que licuar las cosas después de sofreírlas con un fondo de pollo. Aún así, me sorprende bastante su preparación y fue un plato que me gustó bastante.
También realizamos otro plato llamado moqueca de peixe, un plato brasileño bastante inusual que se realiza con pescado y tiene una preparación bastante diferente a la que estoy acostumbrado a ver, generando una cama con cebolla, poniendo arriba un pimentón, una parte del tomate, el pescado, incluyendo más tomate, algo así como si cada pieza fuera un colchón y el pescado estuviera encima de este, cocinándose con el vapor de la olla por aproximadamente 30 a 45 minutos, un plato que, A mi parecer, me fascinó.
Al final, no me tomó unas pequeñas fotos con mi grupo y claramente con mi pareja, ya que, como siempre, me acompañan en todo lo que hacemos y, bueno, la quiero mucho, pero mi día no acabaría aquí, ya que, luego de un largo día de cocina, me fui a entrenar a un gimnasio cerca de donde estudio para entrenar un poco de espalda. Me tomé pocas fotos, ya que me enfoqué mayormente en mi entrenamiento, pero siento que fue una rutina bastante efectiva y, bueno, luego me fui a mi casa para descansar de este largo día que, si bien mayormente se enfocó en la cocina, siento que fue bastante reconfortante y muy bonito.

Still, I am quite surprised by its preparation and it was a dish that I really liked.
