Un dia gratificante

Hoy quiero contarles mi aventura para alcanzar más de 5000 pasos en Actifit. Comencé levantándome algo enfermo, ya que últimamente me ha salido un absceso en el sobaco, lo que evita una buena movilidad en el brazo y genera un gran dolor. Sin embargo, no fue un impedimento para hacer mis deberes, ya que tuve que ir al centro a realizar unos mandados.

Me dolía bastante, pero logré realizar todo lo que tenía que hacer, desde llevarle comida a mi hermana en la clínica hasta comprar algunas cosas en la farmacia, aunque de la nada se puso a llover y tuve que quedarme en el centro un buen rato hasta que medio escampó, pero ya era algo tarde.

Llegué a almorzar y el resto de mi tarde fue tomando reposo para poder recuperarme de la forma más óptima posible, pero claramente mi instinto de actividad física no me dejaría quieto, haciendo que más tarde me pasara algo por la mente que no rechazaría.

Ya anocheciendo, me sentí un poco aburrido y decidí realizar unas cuantas series de saltar cuerda para al menos intentar mantenerme físicamente activo, logrando 4 series de 150 saltos que me vinieron de maravilla para sentirme mejor y mucho más activo con respecto al resto del día.

También realicé algunos estiramientos con banda de asistencia para que también logran un poco de activación muscular y movilidad en la misma que me hicieron sentir muy bien, logrando así un pequeño entrenamiento que, si bien no ha sido de los mejores, logró ser fuente de motivación para mi pequeño descanso.

Finalicé el día cenando algo para aligerar el entrenamiento que había realizado y tomé una ducha para así recostarme y descansar de este día algo aburrido, pero sin incumplir ningún día de entrenamiento.
Today I want to share my adventure with you about reaching over 5,000 steps on Actifit. I started by waking up feeling a little sick, as I've recently developed an abscess in my armpit, which is preventing proper movement in my arm and causing a lot of pain. However, it wasn't an impediment to doing my homework, since I had to go downtown to run some errands.

It hurt quite a bit, but I managed to do everything I had to do, from taking food to my sister at the clinic to buying some things at the pharmacy, although out of nowhere it started to rain and I had to stay downtown for a while until it half cleared up, but it was already a bit late.

I arrived to have lunch and the rest of my afternoon was taking rest so I could recover in the best way possible, but clearly my instinct for physical activity wouldn't leave me still, making something cross my mind later that I wouldn't reject.

As it got dark, I felt a little bored and decided to do a few sets of jumping rope to at least try to stay physically active, achieving 4 sets of 150 jumps that were great for me to feel better and much more active compared to the rest of the day.

I also did some stretching with an assistance band so that they also achieve a little muscle activation and mobility in it that made me feel very good, thus achieving a small workout that, although it has not been one of the best, managed to be a source of motivation for my little break.

I finished the day having something to eat to lighten the training I had done and took a shower to lie down and rest from this somewhat boring day, but without skipping any training day.
