Una jornada entre el deber, la amistad y el entrenamiento
A day between duty, friendship and training

Un saludo a todos, hivers; espero estén muy bien en el día de hoy. Les vengo a contar mi travesía para llegar a los 5000 pasos, la cual comenzó bastante temprano, ya que tuve que dirigirme a hacer unas diligencias junto con mi madre, la cual tenía una cita médica, y tuve que acompañarla para ver qué le podrían diagnosticar.

Al final, todo salió bien. Nos dirigimos nuevamente a mi casa, donde me esperaba un compañero para salir a caminar un rato, ya que queríamos ir a los bloques para tomar algunas fotos y hablar un poco de la vida, ya que, ante todo, fuera de los entrenos, siempre hay que socializar con nuestros amigos y compañeros.

Le tomé unas fotos al paisaje y algunas mientras estábamos caminando y la verdad me gustaron bastante. Al final, en los bloques sí teníamos planificado hablar un rato, pero terminamos tirando algunos combos de front level y plancha que tristemente no pude grabar, pero nos dejaron bastante agotados.

Luego de eso tomé un pequeño almuerzo y pasó la tarde sin darme cuenta; entonces me tocó ir a cumplir mi respectivo entrenamiento diario en la urbanización de Los Ceibos o, como mencioné anteriormente, en los bloques. Y la verdad, fue un entreno bastante bueno.

Realicé una buena serie de efectivas de básicos como las dominadas que me ayudaron bastante a descargar el agotamiento de días anteriores; aunque no solamente lo dejé ahí, también realicé un poco de balance para ayudarme próximamente con los preses de la plancha y con el elemento que estoy practicando actualmente, que es el one arm handstand.

Al final terminé mi entrenamiento y me dirigí a mi casa para poder descansar de este largo y agotador día.
Greetings to all, hivers; I hope you are all doing well today. I'm here to tell you about my journey to reach 5,000 steps, which started quite early as I had to run some errands with my mother, who had a doctor's appointment, and I had to accompany her to see what diagnosis she could get.

In the end, everything turned out well. We headed back to my house where a friend was waiting for me to go out for a walk with, as we wanted to go to the blocks to take some photos and talk a little about life, since, above all, outside of training, you always have to socialize with your friends and teammates.

I took some photos of the landscape and some while we were walking and I really liked them. In the end, we had planned to talk for a while in the blocks, but we ended up throwing down some front level and plank combos that sadly I couldn't record, but they left us quite exhausted.

After that, I had a small lunch and the afternoon passed without me realizing it; then I had to go to my respective daily training in the Los Ceibos neighborhood or, as I mentioned before, in the blocks. And the truth is, it was a pretty good workout.

I did a good series of effective basic exercises like pull-ups that helped me a lot to release the exhaustion from previous days; although I didn't just leave it there, I also did a little balance to help me next time with the plank presses and with the element I'm practicing currently, which is the one arm handstand.

In the end, I finished my workout and headed home to rest from this long and exhausting day.
