Mi informe de Actifit: junio 12 2025 #swc
Un enorme saludo hivers espero estén de maravilla en este día les vengo a comentar sobre mi travesía para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en esta bella plataforma comenzando en día con un mandado por parte de mi madre, ya que me dijo para bajar al centro a hacer unos mandados y claro dispuesto me fui.
Me fui directamente a comprar unas cosas en el centro y luego me fui a comprar unas carnes donde casi se me va toda la mañana, porque aparte tuve que preguntar algunas cosas para gastronomía, puesto que al siguiente día era mi turno de averiguarlas.
Al llegar realicé un almuerzo respecto a mi dieta, ya que ando realizando una dieta para bajar algo de peso para próximas competencias. En mi caso consumo ensaladas, proteínas y un vaso de leche porque también debemos pensar en nuestros huesos, claro que sí.
Al final, en la tarde, me fui hasta la casa de mi amigo Logan para realizar un entrenamiento de combo donde me fue bastante bien, logrando combinaciones entre plancha, front e incluso implementando el hefesto al final de mis combos, lo que me tiene muy contento, ya que ha mejorado mucho.
Duramos unas cuantas horas en el entreno y al final se me hizo algo tarde y me fui directo a mi casa para poder tomar una ducha, comer algo y recostarme para descansar de este largo día.
