Mi informe de Actifit: junio 24 2025 #swc
Un enorme saludo, hivers, ¿cómo están? De verdad que espero que muy bien. En el día de hoy les vengo a contar mi travesía para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en la plataforma de Activity, pero quiero dirigirme hacia ustedes enfocándome principalmente en lo que está siendo mi preparación para la competencia Street Workout Dual Battles.
Nos tocó entrenar en el día de hoy en mi hogar, ya que últimamente ha llovido mucho en San Juan de Colón, el pueblo donde vivo, ubicado en el municipio de Ayacucho, estado Táchira, Venezuela. Y la verdad es que es preferible entrenar, así sea con frío, pero entrenar que saltarse un día muy importante como lo es la preparación para una competencia.
Comenzamos con algunas aproximaciones un poco suaves; en mi caso, implementé lo que eran precios de tuck planche en combo, juntándolos con alguno que otro press del mismo, logrando así una combinación de elementos que me ayudaría en la resistencia de la plancha.
Luego nos pusimos manos a la obra realizando algunos combos; en mi caso, intenté por primera vez un combo en straddle planche. La verdad, para ser mi primera vez intentándolo, no me pareció nada feo, logrando una meta más cumplida que próximamente me llevaré para las dual battles.
Mi compañero realizó un poco más de propiocepción, aunque cabe aclarar que, si bien estoy entrenando junto con mi compañero Logan, él realmente no es mi dúo para esta competencia, ya que mi dúo es mi compañero Kleimer. Próximamente subiré algunos entrenamientos que realizaré con él.
y bueno logramos realizar un entrenamiento bastante completo realizando básicos articulares y del estático además de algunos estiramientos cosa que me da a entender y me confirman que fue un entrenamiento completamente bueno y que no importa que suceda daré mi 100% en el duals.

And well, we managed to do a pretty complete workout, doing basic joint and static exercises, as well as some stretching, which makes me understand and confirms that it was a completely good workout and that no matter what happens, I will give 100% in the duals.
