Un enorme saludo, hivers, ¿cómo están? Espero que de maravilla. En esta oportunidad les traigo mi aventura para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en Actifit.

En el día de hoy realicé un entrenamiento enfocándome en una descarga activa, ya que estos días he implementado una intensidad que considero bastante alta, realizando ejercicios muy demandantes en el transcurso de la semana, desde combo hasta mis primeros intentos de flexión más press en full planche.

Mis bíceps y tríceps se sienten muy cargados y mi enfoque de hoy fue dirigido hacia la tensión en una carga baja y la resistencia cardiovascular para ver si aligeraba la fatiga y podía aumentar mi eficiencia en próximos entrenamientos.

Realicé principalmente una activación muscular y con algunos básicos como las flexiones y estiramientos para sentirme de mejor manera y prepararme para mi activación, ya que, si bien es más en estilo de descarga, aun así el calentamiento es lo primordial.

Luego realicé algunos saltos de cuerda, ya que preferí enfocar principalmente la resistencia cardiovascular, logrando hacer hasta 4 series de 150 saltos, ya que la resistencia en cuerda siempre ha sido mi fuerte y, aparte, sentí que era un buen momento de realizar resistencia cardiaca en un día como el de descarga.

Luego realicé una resistencia más enfocada a la plancha, pero con un ejercicio primordial como es la tucked planche, pero enfocando combos de hasta 40 segundos en la misma, lo cual me hace sentir muy sólido y me hace ganar cada vez más dominio en este elemento y ayudarme en la plancha como tal.

Today I did a workout focusing on an active discharge, since these days I have implemented an intensity that I consider quite high, doing very demanding exercises during the week, from combo to my first attempts at push-ups plus press in full planche.

My biceps and triceps feel very loaded and my focus today was directed towards tension at a low load and cardiovascular endurance to see if it could alleviate fatigue and increase my efficiency in future workouts.

I mainly did muscle activation and some basic exercises like push-ups and stretches to feel better and prepare for my activation, since, although it is more in a discharge style, warming up is still essential.

Then I did some rope jumps, since I preferred to focus mainly on cardiovascular endurance, managing to do up to 4 sets of 150 jumps, since rope endurance has always been my strong suit and, apart from that, I felt that it was a good time to do cardiac endurance on a day like the unloading day.

Then I did a resistance more focused on the plank, but with a fundamental exercise like the tucked planche, but focusing on combos of up to 40 seconds in it, which makes me feel very solid and makes me gain more and more mastery in this element and helps me in the plank as such.
