Mi informe de Actifit: agosto 8 2025 #swc
Un saludo, Hivers, ¿cómo están? Espero que de maravilla. En el día de hoy les traigo mi aventura para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en Actifit, dándole un enfoque especial a lo que fue mi entrenamiento en plaza de toros bastante especial; considero que fue un antes y un después en mi plancha.
La verdad es que hoy tuvo un enfoque especial, a la full plancha, un enfoque que llevaba tiempo sin realizar, ya que estaba con la preparación para las street workout dual battles y me había enfocado más en el trabajo específico de los combos que en sí en mis objetivos como tal.
Logré realizar algunas series de aguante de full bastante buenas; considero yo que es una de las mejores que me han salido y también considero que ha sido uno de mis mejores entrenos hasta el momento, cosa que me deja bastante contento, ya que me da a entender que estoy trabajando de una manera muy buena.
También he estado trabajando las push-ups de full planche, elemento que me ha costado bastante, por no decir basta, ya que se me hacen mucho más fáciles los presses de full como tal, aunque claramente las practico, ya que quiero ser completo, y ¿qué es ser completo? Más que lograr hacer ambas fuerzas.
Al final, realicé alguna serie con liga y un poco de half full para poder reforzar un poco más la full planche, cosa que me ha ayudado bastante, y por cómo va el camino, siento que en diciembre tendré un nivel bastante considerable en la full planche; igualmente, seguiré esforzándome y a mejorar esa full.
