Un saludo a todos, espero que estén muy bien. En esta oportunidad les vengo a traer mi travesía para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en Actifit, dándole mi mayor enfoque a mi entrenamiento de hoy, donde hubo muchas sorpresas que ni yo me esperaba.

Comencé con un calentamiento suave, alguna movilidad articular, enfocándome principalmente en las muñecas y hombros, para luego realizar algunos estiramientos y un poco de cardio ligero, intentando dejar mi cuerpo en un estado de activación bastante bueno para lo que estaba por venir.

Luego de eso, entré en aproximaciones, de las cuales realicé 3 aproximaciones, logrando muy buenas posturas en los estáticos, a mi parecer, cosa que me dejó muy feliz y muy emocionado para ver qué sería de la rutina y ver qué tan fuerte estaba el día de hoy.

Luego de ello, realicé algunas series de press de full con su negativa, el cual es mi objetivo, los cuales me gustaron mucho y vi que también logré aumentar mi fuerza realizando ejercicios de aguantes y movilidad con bastante facilidad, lo cual antes me costaba mucho más, pero ahora me veo en muy buen camino.

Luego de todo, realicé algunos estiramientos para relajar los músculos, aunque, a decir verdad, llevaba mucho tiempo sin entrenar. De esta manera, confiado y seguro, me sentí muy fuerte y logré reflejar eso en mis estáticos, lo cual busco en cada entreno.

Finalicé, ahí guardé mis cosas, miré a mis alrededores y vi que estaba bastante oscuro. Me fui junto a mi compañero Logan a mi casa, donde él me dejó y se fue a la de él, para así yo poder alistarme mi cena y poder descansar de tan buen día de entrenamiento.

I started with a light warm-up, some joint mobility, focusing mainly on the wrists and shoulders, then doing some stretches and some light cardio, trying to leave my body in a pretty good state of activation for what was to come.

After that, I entered into approximations, of which I performed 3 approximations, achieving very good postures in the static ones, in my opinion, which left me very happy and very excited to see what the routine would be like and see how strong I was today.

After that, I did some series of full press with its negative, which is my goal, which I liked a lot and I saw that I also managed to increase my strength by doing resistance and mobility exercises quite easily, which was difficult for me before much more, but now I see myself on a very good path.

After all, I did some stretches to relax my muscles, although, to tell the truth, I had not trained for a long time. In this way, confident and secure, I felt very strong and I managed to reflect that in my statics, which I look for in each training session.

I finished, there I put my things away, looked around and saw that it was quite dark. I went with my partner Logan to my house, where he dropped me off and went to his, so that I could prepare my dinner and rest after such a good day of training.
