Un saludo, Hivers, ¿cómo están? Espero que de maravilla. En el día de hoy les vengo a contar mi travesía para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en esta bella plataforma llamada Activity. En el día de hoy tendré un enfoque en lo que fue mi entrenamiento de fuerzas mixtas, donde me sentía bastante fuerte en el empuje, dando a conocer que mi fuerte siempre va a ser la plancha o, bueno, al menos de momento, y un trabajo de front más enfocado a la propiocepción
En el día de hoy es que ambas fuerzas, como mencioné anteriormente, aunque mi principal objetivo era implementar un poco más de intensidad en el front level y un básico más en la plancha, pero no me sentía muy bien en la palanca del front y, teniendo en cuenta que el día de ayer no pude entrenar plancha de una manera adecuada, decidí entrenar malteza neutra para compensar un poco.
Al final, realicé 12 series de una buena propiocepción en el front level y también realicé un poco de básicos que, la verdad, me sentaron bastante bien para reforzar el front level en un futuro, tanto para las dominadas de front level como para seguir mejorando el touch, y en la full debo decir que me ha impresionado mucho mi manera de evolucionar, siendo así que incluso logro realizar un entrenamiento de foldeo en maltés, cosa que para mí anteriormente era solo un sueño.
