En el día de hoy les vengo a hablar sobre mi travesía para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en esta bella plataforma llamada Actifit, donde fue un día diferente y realicé una rutina de ejercicios junto con algunas personas a las cuales entreno, enfocada solo en ejercicios con el peso corporal.

No muchos lo saben, pero soy entrenador de crossfit y calistenia y, la verdad, es un trabajo que me gusta mucho y he aprendido mucho sobre ello y a veces es bueno motivar a las personas que entrenan, entrenando junto con ellos y motivándolos a seguir la rutina por más difícil que sea, demostrándoles que si uno puede, ellos también pueden.

Realizamos un calentamiento breve para luego realizar un EMOM de flexiones donde fue muy demandante, llegando a realizar 60 series con 20 segundos entre intervalos y haciendo 5 flexiones por serie, lo cual, si bien suena poco, a la larga logramos notar la fatiga, pero ninguno se iba a rendir y nos motivábamos cada vez más.

Luego realizamos 4 series de 50 burpees, un ejercicio demandante a nivel físico general, involucrando gran variedad de músculos como los glúteos, muslos, brazos, torso y, en general, un nivel de resistencia muy fuerte, teniendo en cuenta lo complicado que es este movimiento en grandes cantidades, y aun así muchos logramos hacer las series cargando un caucho algo grande.

Al final realizamos 5 vueltas trotando para finalizar, logrando un estímulo de resistencia bastante fuerte, pero muy efectivo, donde solo enfocamos el peso corporal y mucha constancia y enfoque para lograr completarlo de una manera más que efectiva.
Today I'm here to talk to you about my journey to reach more than 5,000 steps on this beautiful platform called Actifit, where it was a different day and I did an exercise routine together with some people I train, focused only on bodyweight exercises.

Not many know it, but I am a crossfit and calisthenics trainer and, the truth is, it is a job that I really like and I have learned a lot about it and sometimes it is good to motivate the people who train, training together with them and motivating them to continue the routine no matter how difficult it is, showing them that if you can do it, they can too.

We did a brief warm-up and then did an EMOM of push-ups where it was very demanding, reaching 60 sets with 20 seconds between intervals and doing 5 push-ups per set, which, although it sounds little, in the long run we managed to notice fatigue, but none of us were going to give up and we motivated each other every time more.

Then we did 4 sets of 50 burpees, a demanding exercise on a general physical level, involving a wide variety of muscles such as the glutes, thighs, arms, torso and, in general, a very strong level of resistance, taking into account how complicated this movement is in large quantities, and yet many of us managed to do the sets carrying a somewhat large rubber.

In the end we did 5 laps jogging to finish, achieving a fairly strong resistance stimulus, but very effective, where we only focused on body weight and a lot of perseverance and focus to complete it in a more than effective way.
