Mi informe de Actifit: octubre 4 2025 #swc
En el día de hoy les vengo a hablar sobre mi travesía para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en esta bella plataforma llamada Actifit. En el día de hoy tuve un enfoque apartado de la base, aunque antes de ello quise realizar algunas series de alta intensidad para ver qué tal estaba.
En el día de hoy me enfoqué en un entrenamiento en el cual solo realizaría base como a tucked planche y el tucked level, aunque aun así, antes de mis rutinas de básicos, siempre suelo hacer algunas series de intensidad.
Realice un buen aguante de full planche, en la cual logré 8 s de la misma, un récord personal que me ha dejado muy motivado para luego hacer 6 pull-ups de front level y 5 segundos de touch, una marca personal que me tiene muy contento, teniendo en cuenta mi carga de días anteriores.
Luego realicé algunas series de 1-1-1 de full planche, al cual le he dedicado bastante intensidad y últimamente me cuesta cada vez menos y me ha hecho sentir mucho mejor, ya que al principio me dolía un poco realizarla y sentía que me gastaba mucho a nivel de fuerza, pero actualmente siento que mi nivel de control ha mejorado mucho.
Al final terminé haciendo unas 3 o 4 series intensas para luego realizar varios emones, logrando una cantidad de ejercicios básicos considerable, poniendo 45 segundos como intervalos y haciendo más de 40 series en emones, logrando así completar un día muy bueno y terminando así la rutina de hoy.
