En el día de hoy les vengo a contar mi travesía para llegar hasta los más de 5000 pasos en esta bella plataforma llamada Actifit. Haré un enfoque sobre lo que fue mi entrenamiento de calistenia en casa, donde intenté realizar un volumen algo intenso sobre el front lever y la full planche.

Mi enfoque de entrenamiento en mi hogar se hizo porque ya era algo tarde para subir a los bloques o ir a alguna parte, así que tomé mis cosas, como mi barra y mis paralelas, y me fui directo a mi habitación para entrenar de manera cómoda con mis materiales de entrenamiento.

Luego de ello, comencé con algunas aproximaciones de half level y algunas de half plancha para ir activando los músculos, ya que son elementos bastante altos y siempre es buena una activación para evitar cualquier tipo de lesiones y algún dolor en medio de la rutina, que siempre suele ser algo fastidioso.

Realicé unas 12 series entre full y front, completando así una rutina muy buena de variación entre front level y full planche, algo que me tiene muy contento y que siento que ha mejorado mucho a mi nivel, donde ya antes una rutina así era mi 100%; actualmente la uso en días de descarga o descanso, lo cual me hace ver todo mi progreso.

Luego realicé algunos estiramientos y ejercicios con banda, buscando así una descarga ligera luego de los ejercicios ya realizados, logrando así un buen estímulo que me puso contento, ya que no hay mejor sensación que terminar tu rutina con una sensación de fuerza y confianza, finalizando así mi rutina.
Today I'm here to tell you about my journey to reach over 5,000 steps on this beautiful platform called Actifit. I will focus on what my calisthenics training was at home, where I tried to do a somewhat intense volume on the front lever and the full planche.

My training focus at home was done because it was already somewhat late to get on the blocks or go somewhere, so I took my things, like my bar and my parallel bars, and went straight to my room to train comfortably with my training materials.

After that, I started with some half level approaches and some half plank approaches to activate the muscles, since they are quite high elements and an activation is always good to avoid any type of injuries and some pain in the middle of the routine, which is always usually something annoying.

I did about 12 sets between full and front, thus completing a very good routine of variation between front level and full planche, something that makes me very happy and that I feel has improved my level a lot, where before a routine like that was my 100%; I currently use it on unloading or rest days, which allows me to see all my progress.

Then I did some stretches and exercises with a band, looking for a light discharge after the exercises already done, thus achieving a good stimulus that made me happy, since there is no better feeling than finishing your routine with a feeling of strength and confidence, thus ending my routine.
