En esta ocasión me enfoqué mayormente en un entrenamiento de básicos en forma de EMOM con un enfoque de flexiones, donde realicé un total de 50 series de 6 flexiones. Claramente, realicé al ser un EMOM; esto significa que tenía un tiempo correspondiente, que en esta ocasión fue de 30 segundos, donde lo que tardara haciendo estas 6 flexiones era lo que se restaría en esos 30 segundos, que no suena tan complicado, pero hay que recordar que cuando haces 300 flexiones, cada segundo es importante.

El calentamiento fueron 2 series de 20 flexiones con sus respectivos estiramientos y alguna que otra activación muscular separada, como lo fueron las dominadas que realicé para activar de manera general, pero realmente no realicé más que ello, lo cual no siento que me haya afectado, pero sí debo decir que fue bastante demandante el principio de este EMOM.

De verdad, en sí el Emon fue bastante bueno; logré realizar todas las series y debo admitir que en próximos entrenamientos muy probablemente suba las repeticiones y disminuya las series para ir aumentando la intensidad de este tipo de entrenamientos, el cual, a ser sincero, al final de la rutina me sentí espectacular, una sensación de bombeo extraordinaria que siempre te deja mas que grato por un trabajo bien realizado.

Eso hamás sido todo por el día de hoy; no realicé mucho más que esto aparte de mi descarga activa, pero esta parte del entrenamiento para mí fue la más exigente sin duda alguna, pero al mismo tiempo es de la que más me enorgullezco.
This time I focused mainly on a basic workout in the form of an EMOM (Every Day of the Night) with a focus on push-ups, where I did a total of 50 sets of 6 push-ups. Clearly, since it was an EMOM, I had a corresponding time limit, which on this occasion was 30 seconds. The time it took me to do these 6 push-ups was what was subtracted from those 30 seconds. It doesn't sound too complicated, but you have to remember that when you're doing 300 push-ups, every second counts.

The warm-up consisted of 2 sets of 20 push-ups with their respective stretches and some separate muscle activation exercises, such as pull-ups, which I did to activate the muscles generally. But I didn't really do anything more than that, which I don't feel affected me, but I must say that the beginning of this EMOM was quite demanding.

Honestly, the EMOM itself was quite good; I managed to complete all the sets, and I must admit that in future workouts I'll most likely increase the repetitions and decrease the sets to gradually increase the intensity of this type of training. To be honest, at the end of the routine I felt spectacular, an extraordinary pump that always leaves you more than satisfied with a job well done.

That's all for today; I didn't do much more than this besides my active recovery, but this part of the workout was undoubtedly the most demanding for me, and at the same time, it's the one I'm most proud of.
