My Actifit Report Card: April 23 2025. Rest day but also walking.

After more than a year a cold took hold of me and despite this condition I was still able to perform my daily tasks and of course walk.
The image speaks of a well-deserved nap because as we always say rest is part of the training.

Después de más de un año un resfrío se apoderó de mí y pese a ese estado igualmente pude realizar mis tareas cotidianas y por supuesto caminar.

La imagen habla de una merecida siesta porque como siempre decimos el descanso es parte de los entrenamientos.
