My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2025.Father's Day 🏃


As every year, normally on this date one takes the day off and does not do any kind of physical activity. Normally it is customary to overdo it even with meals and this year was no exception.


Como todos los años, normalmente en esta fecha uno se toma el día y no realiza ningún tipo de actividad física. Normalmente se acostumbra a excederse inclusive con las comidas y este año no fue la excepción.

We had lunch with the whole family, including our eldest daughter and the grandmother of the house. As always we ate delicious food, both sweet and savory.


Almorzamos con toda la familia e inclusive vino nuestra hija mayor y también a la abuela de la casa. Como siempre comimos rico, tanto dulce como salados.

Similarly, after a well-deserved nap, we went for a walk and, if possible, a regenerative jog. I think it was the best decision after having eaten so much. We did about 6 km and left the body ready for tomorrow, which happens to be a holiday in Argentina, to do some training.


De igual manera luego de una merecida siesta, salimos a caminar y en caso de ser posible realizar un trote regenerativo. Creo que fue la mejor decisión luego de haber comido en tanta cantidad. Hicimos aproximadamente 6 km y dejamos el cuerpo listo para el día de mañana que casualmente es feriado en la Argentina puede realizar algún tipo de entrenamiento.

When you are used to taking care of your meals and on special occasions you overdo it, your body really responds and you have a hard time. As I'm writing this post, I'm drinking some herbal digestive teas to get myself in perfect condition. The important thing is that we did something today and we are ready to train tomorrow.

Cuando uno está acostumbrado a cuidarse las comidas y en ocasiones especiales se excede, realmente el cuerpo responde y uno lo pasa mal. Mientras escribo este post, estoy tomando unos mates con unas hierbas digestivas para poder ponerme en perfecta condiciones. Lo importante es que algo hicimos el día de hoy y estamos listos para entrenar mañana.
