Hola, querido hiver.

El cansancio físico se suma al mental. Al llegar a casa tras las procesiones los tambores continúan resonando en los oídos. El sueño esquiva tu cama y solo puedes compensarlo levantándote de ella un buen rato más tarde del habitual.

La sensación de abrir los ojos y sentir que el sol ya brilla en el cielo, con el ambiente amenizado por el canto de los pájaros. Es una delicia. Te permites es lujo de dar media vuelta y continuar solo unos minutos más, hasta que te aburres y sales de entre las sábanas con energía renovada.

Dos cosas hay que arrancar de los hombres: la opinión arbitraria y la desconfianza. Una opinión arbitraria es creer que a uno no le falta nada, y la desconfianza, suponer que no es posible ser feliz entre tantas vicisitudes.

Mi reflexión

Continuamos reflexionando sobre la formación de opinión. ¿Cómo formo las mías?

Ayer reflexionaba sobre las primeras impresiones y lo recomendable que es la prudencia. Dejar mi ego a un lado y acercarme a los sucesos preguntándome las infinitas razones por las que acontecen así.

Encontraré casos en los que no hallaré comprensión a los hechos. En ellos lo más adecuado será confiar en el universo y en su capacidad de ordenar todo lo que ocurre en él. Aplicar el todo pasa por algo, viviendo y dejando vivir.

La plenitud reside en el interior. Ver el caso medio lleno en lugar de medio vacío es difícil bajo según qué circunstancias, pero si otros lo consiguieron nada impide que yo también lo haga.

Por la mañana: labores domésticas y curación de contenidos.

Por la tarde: descanso y voy a la procesión del Santo Entierro.

We continue to reflect on opinion formation. How do I form my own?

Yesterday I was reflecting on first impressions and how prudence is advisable. Putting my ego aside and approaching events by asking myself the infinite reasons why they happen that way.

I will encounter cases in which I will not find an understanding of the facts. In those cases, the most appropriate thing to do is to trust the universe and its ability to order everything that happens in it. Applying the everything happens for something, living and letting live.

The fullness lies within. Seeing the case as half full rather than half empty is difficult under some circumstances, but if others have done it, nothing prevents me from doing it too.
