Established in 2014 in Cotacachi, Ecuador, we provide healthy sourdough bread to our clients and contribute to our local community through different social actions. We want to promote HIVE as an alternative payment system to retain more value within our local economy.

Born in Germany, studied Environmental Sciences with focus on water chemistry, migrated to Ecuador in 2013, started an artisan bakery in 2014 which is still going strong, father since 2018.
