Brisk afternoon walk
In the past I've tried the Actifit app but it felt a bit bothersome and didn't always track my steps accurately.
Strava seems to have worked more seamlessly and it tracks more stats about my activity without draining too much battery.
Overall I think both apps are fine. Actifit and the relative project have a more gamified aspect to it whereas Strava is more professional. Ultimately they're both nice and it's up to users to decided what's best based on their taste.
My goal for this summer is to lose some weight while working on my fitness and improve overall cardiovascular health so I wanna keep jogging consistently.
I hope that Strava will keep me more accountable.
This session was me mostly just walking with the occasional sprint here and there.
I definetely could have pushed it a bit further and maybe for the next session I could go to a less urban setting and focus more on the performance and the running.
In the end I still worked up a bit of a sweat though and the activity was pleasant.
The weather was quite overcast and in the end I was even blessed with a light drizzle of rain to cool me down a bit.
@papageno26 just finished a 6.67km walk, that lasted for 69 minutes.
This walk helped papageno26 burn 338.1 calories.
Description from Strava: This was my first time logging my physical activity with Strava. I walked more than 6km in the city of Asti in Italy.
I hope to stay consistent throughout the summer with this habit.

Thanks, man!
I'm clearly not the best athlete. Just trying to work a bit on my weight and fitness.
I wanna try to reach my steps goal, do some small weight and body weight exercises and just eat a little bit better in general.
