💪 7,072 steps, 1 km in the water &… a brand new health plan! 🏊‍♀️

I was supposed to see a scalpel today.
Instead, I saw my swimming goggles.

The plan? Surgery.
I woke up early, showed up at the hospital on time, went through all the procedures…
And after a few hours, I was discharged. No surgery.

Why?
Because my body had a different schedule than the surgeon.
At first, I felt disappointed. But then… came clarity.

👉 If not today, I’ll make this time count.

🔥 Plan reset. Action mode ON! 🔥
✅ 7,072 steps – walking it out
✅ 1 km swim – every stroke washed away the frustration
✅ A good dose of movement = better mood

Instead of lying in bed post-op, I’m moving.
Instead of waiting – I’m doing.
Instead of frustration – endorphins.

💅 Coming up next:
– Friday: self-care at the beautician’s
– Saturday: personal trainer workshop (core + legs = burn!)
– Wednesday: kayak trip with my hubby (aka aquatic cardio 😉)

🧘‍♀️ I’ve got until late October now:
– to get active
– to truly rest
– to settle into my new role at work
– and to drop a few pounds – from my mind and body!

Sometimes life says “pause” just so you can restart with power.
Not everything goes to plan – and that’s okay.
Today I took a step back… to take two steps forward tomorrow.

Today’s stats:

🏊‍♀️ SWIM: 1 km
🧠 MOOD: From frustration to peace
💪 MOTIVATION: 100%

I’m not giving up.
I’m just shifting strategy.
Sometimes all you need is… to swim through it 💦

💪 7,072 kroków, 1 km w wodzie i… nowy plan na zdrowie! 🏊‍♀️

Miał być skalpel. Były okulary pływackie.

Dziś miałam mieć operację.
Wstałam o świcie, stawiłam się w szpitalu punktualnie, przeszłam procedury…
i po kilku godzinach wyszłam. Bez zabiegu.

Dlaczego?
Bo moje ciało miało inne plany niż kalendarz chirurga.
I choć w pierwszej chwili czułam tylko zawód, to później… przyszła refleksja.

👉 Skoro nie dzisiaj, to wykorzystam ten czas najlepiej, jak się da.

🔥 Reset planu, start działania! 🔥
✅ 7,072 kroków – w rytmie emocji
✅ 1 km na basenie – każde pociągnięcie ręką to mniej frustracji
✅ Solidna porcja ruchu = lepszy nastrój

Zamiast leżeć po operacji, ruszam się.
Zamiast czekać – działam.
Zamiast złości – endorfiny.

💅 W planie:
– piątkowy relaks u kosmetyczki
– sobotni trening z trenerem personalnym (core + nogi = ogień!)
– środowy spływ kajakowy z mężem (czyli: cardio na wodzie 😉)

🧘‍♀️ Do końca października mam czas:
– na aktywność
– na regenerację
– na wejście w nową rolę w pracy
– i na zrzucenie kilku kilogramów… z głowy i z ciała!

Bo czasem życie mówi „stop” tylko po to, żebyś mogła ruszyć z nową energią.
Nie wszystko idzie zgodnie z planem – i dobrze.
Dziś zrobiłam krok w tył, żeby jutro zrobić dwa do przodu.

Dzisiejszy bilans:
👣 KROKI: 7,072
🏊‍♀️ BASEN: 1 km
🧠 NASTRÓJ: Od frustracji do spokoju
💪 MOTYWACJA: 100%

Nie rezygnuję. Po prostu zmieniam strategię.
Czasem wystarczy... przepłynąć przez to wszystko 💦
