My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2023
Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Finally the rain stopped for a bit, but it's very cold. I didn't have the will to go for a run, but I went on a stroll with my kid number 5.
We had a blast, made a circle around half of the neighbourhood, even managed to do some shopping. So I combined the pleasant with the useful.
After I got home I did a short full body workout, just to burn some extra calories. I call it short because I did 1 or 2 cycles per excerise insted of 4 or 5. I found it to be effective way to keep myself active even when I have no energy or will.
I just need to break a little sweat and I already feel better.
Try to motivate yourself to do at least some activities during the day, even a short walk or a few pushups and squats or planks will keep you going.
Stay active, eat healthy - get fit and be happy. 💪
