My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2023
Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Couple of years ago, when my wife was trying to loose some weight she gained during pregnancy, we bought a the TRX Suspension Trainer for body weight exercises. And it was collecting dust most of the time ever since.
I was doing some cleaning up and I saw the TRX lying in a corner, so I figured why not give it a try. I searched for some light TRX exercises and when the kids went to sleep I did a quick workout.
You can work on your arms, your legs, you can build up your core. There are so many exercises out there I was amazed.
I decided I must work on my core the most, because many other exercises depend on having strong core muscles.
The beauty of TRX is that you can do the workout literally anywhere! You just need a firm and stable object to anchor yourself and voila! You can workout in your home, just attach TRX to a door or stair railing and you are good to go. You can workout outside, in a park, attached to a tree or a light pole.
Easy as that!
