My Actifit Report Card: January 27 2023
Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Today I hit the gym after god knows how long. I haven't been to gym for so long I was feeling embarrassed when I came in.
Looking all those people working hard on their fitness, going regularly to the gym, I was a bit jealous. I wasn't jealous of how fit they were, I was jealous because they had the time and the will do go and work on bettering themselves, while I was sitting home in front of my TV, making excuses not to go.
No more excuses! Having 5 kids, most of my excuses were about them - oh I can't go, kid number 3 is ill, I have to stay home help my wife taking care of him. Or, oh no, I can't go, I'm too tired after playing with them. Stupid excuses no more!
It's time to wake up from my laziness and get back in shape. Last time I was in shape was 2 years B.C. (before children), and that was 12 years ago.
Don't do excuses, do squats!
Or do push-ups, planks, whatever, just do something. Don't make excuses, like me. Don't be inactive, be proactive.
If you feel you can't go alone, bring a friend, a girlfriend, or a wife, or even a neighbour. Just go! Go and do something!
Stay active, eat healthy - get fit and be happy. 💪
