My Actifit Report Card: February 25 2023
Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Its still weekend and it's still raining. In fact, the rain turned into snow over night, so we have muddy snow outside. And I'm trapped in the house with 5 kids who are bored to death.
I thought about slipping outside and going for a run, but I never got the chance because the rain never stopped falling.
So I got a brilliant idea how I will do half an hour spin bike to get my heart rate up and then some full body workout, to maximize calories burn.
I managed to do a solid run on the spin bike but when it came to do the other part of my workout there was some drama with the kids and my plan failed miserably.
At least I broke some sweat and got my heart pumping...
