My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2023

Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!

Today I woke up with a fever. I measured my temperature and the thermometer showed 38.5 degrees Celsius. That was no joke, I wasn't fit to go to work.

All I could is call my boss, let him know I won't be comming in and go back to bed.

I slept for a couple more hours and I felt just a tiny bit better. My biggest regret is that I have to call off tomorrow'a badminton match, famous clash of the titans.

But seriously, whenever I'm ill, and it's not that often, my biggest concern is not to get my kids infected, so I walk around the house with the mask on, try to stay isolated in another room, away from the rest of the family.

When I had the flu last year, just about this time of the year, I even slept isolated from others. I occupied one of the kids' room and the kids slept in the room with the wife. I was there all day and all night for a couple of days until I felt better. Not my fondest memory...

I just hope it's not the flu this time around.
