My Actifit Report Card: May 23 2023
Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!
Today was gym day! It was the upper body day, and that means I did my biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders.
The problem was I got in when it was "rush hour" so all the exercise machines were taken. That's why is used dumbbells in all my exercises.
For biceps I did 3x sets of 10-12 reps of following exercises:
- Dumbbell Supinated Biceps Curl
- Concentration (seated) Dumbbell Biceps Curl
For triceps I did 3x sets of 10-12 reps of following exercises:
- Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
- Dumbbell Skullcrusher
Chest exercises were a bit harder so I did 3x sets of 8-10 reps of these exercises:
- Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
- Dumbbell Flye
By the time I got to shoulders, I was totally beat, I barely managed to do 3x sets of 8 repeats:
- Dumbbell Lateral Raise
- Dumbbell Front Raise
When I got home I couldn't raise my arms to take my shirt off. I just love that feeling! 💪
