Hello everyone! Pozdrav svima!

Today was a nice sunny day so I went running. My legs are still sore from the other day in the gym, but after warming the muscles up, the pain went away.

Who knows how I will feel tomorrow, but today is a beautiful day.

And I'm not in my 20s anymore, everything sores. The day I wake up and nothing sores, is the day I will start worrying if I'm not maybe dead. 😝 (like that old(er) guy in the photo)
