My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2021

Dear friends,

This morning, I went up the mountain on the East of my town on my mountain bike. It was about three miles trip but I was able to record a portion of the return trip.

I rode up to a place where I can see the view of my town from the mountain above and returned back home. The following is a photo of my town.

This time when I visited, I found dust bins made of bamboo on the way. Because many hikers, bikers and pilgrimage visited thete, it is a good practise to put dust bins on the way.

Then, in the evening, I did Bagua aerobic and walk-around-a-tree exercises with my mom. It was a usual 16 minutes warm up followed by 6 mins of Bagua walk-around. We just walked 6 minutes because in Bagua walk, we have to bend our knees a bit while walking slowly and it can be tiring to our muscles. Our muscles' stamina can increase at the same time getting rid of excess fat in muscle tissues thus reducing chances of diabetes. I have watched about the research concerning this on NHK documentary but I could not find it when I want to refer it now. Maybe later, I would be able to present the benefits of Bagua walk.Thank you for reading. Have a nice day!

တစ်ရက်တော့ video ကြည့်ပြီး exercise လုပ်ကြည့်မယ်...ကျန်းမာရေးအတွက်အကျိုးရှိမယ်...
