My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2023

Dear friends,

Today, I continued with installing the air circulation system to my dehydrator. I finished the work at about noon and tested the system. The following is the installed air circulation system.

I have tested the system and am satisfied with the air flow. The air flow was found to be 3m/s; I think it should be enough for the size of my dryer.

I found that the temperature increased faster after the installation. After about 20 minutes, the temperature had increased to 48°C. I will try to dehydrate some vegetables when I have a chance.

In the afternoon, I did short warm-up exercises for about twenty minutes on my home varanda. I also did some household chores as usual. The following is the afternoon view from my home. It was cloudy and was good for doing exercises.

Other time, I did household chores and ran errands for my mom and me.

In the evening, I will do some physical exercise again.

That's some of the activities for today.
