Chcąc kontynuować dobrą passę, wybrałem się wieczorem na konkretny spacer.

Od biegania mam chwilę przerwy regeneracyjnej (mój organizm nie lubi takich długich dystansów 😆), ale spacer w normalnym tempie nie zaszkodzi, a wręcz może pomóc rehabilitacyjnie.



Po około godzinie spaceru złapał mnie spory głód, z którym szybko się uporałem dzięki napotkanej po drodze Żabce 😆

Temperatura nie rozpieszcza, a - co najgorsze - jakość powietrza jest tragiczna.

W ciągu dnia jest jeszcze w miarę, ale wieczorem wszyscy rozpalają w piecach, i Szczyrk zamienia się w wędzarnię 🤬


Pod skocznią trwają przygotowania do Snow Fest'u.

Zapowiada się gruba impreza.



Kończyłem spacer przed 22gą, i mimo, że nogi (a szczególnie stopy) bolały mnie dość mocno, to jednak najważniejsze, że ból kolana ustąpił.

Można powiedzieć, że "rozchodziłem" zbliżającą się kontuzję.

Jeszcze trochę regeneracji, i wracam do biegania 🏃
