Planu "maksimum" niestety nie udało się wykonać - do poprawy mojego "personal best" (zdobytego rok temu na tej samej trasie) zabrakło ponad 2 minuty.

Mógłbym tłumaczyć to pogodą - było naprawdę gorąco, ale faktem jest, że wykonałem zdecydowanie za mało treningów szybkościowych.

Mogę powiedzieć, że "przespałem" ostatnie dwa tygodnie, w których mógłbym złapać trochę szybkości.

Podsumowując - sporo zabrakło, choć dałem z siebie wszystko.

Wiem w jakim miejscu jestem aktualnie z formą biegową, i teraz tylko ćwiczyć, ćwiczyć, ćwiczyć.... a kolejny start już na horyzoncie 🏃
