Day 2 Poliac League Actifit - Tętno w ryzach Evening Run 🏃: June 2 2023
Późną, wieczorową już porą, wybrałem się pobiegać.
Dzień był wypełniony różnego rodzaju obowiązkami, i dopiero po 20stej znalazłem czas, by nieco potruchtać.
Po wczorajszym górskim treningu, dziś miałem ochotę na kilka kilometrów "po płaskim".
Wybrałem się na znaną mi trasę wzdłuż łącznika ekspresówki.
Tym razem jednak postanowiłem, że sprawdzę jaką w sumie długość mają drogi techniczne po obu stronach łącznika.
W sumie biegałem tutaj już wielokrotnie, nigdy jednak nie przebiegłem tak dokładnie tej trasy, by ją zmierzyć.
Zazwyczaj przebiegam po którejś części tych dróg technicznych, biegnąc gdzieś dalej.
Pogoda dopisała, choć po zachodzie słońca zrobiło się dość zimno.
Najważniejsze założeniem, jakie przyjąłem sobie na ten trening, było utrzymanie tętna "w ryzach", czyli bieg w drugiej strefie.
Wynik 98,6% pobytu w drugiej strefie bardzo mnie satysfakcjonuje.
Zabawa w #poliac dopiero się rozkręca, więc jutro kolejne bieganie 🏃⛰️🚀😎
