Lekki bieg po starcie.

30 minut spokojnego biegu w Szczyrku — teren zrobił swoje, bo pierwsza połowa delikatnie pod górę, druga z powrotem w dół.

Bez ciśnienia na tempo, pełna kontrola tętna. Średnio 125 bpm, max 140 — dokładnie tam, gdzie powinno być.

Na podbiegu praca spokojna, bez szarpania. Na zbiegu tempo zaczęło rosnąć samo, bez dokładania wysiłku.

Efekt treningowy: aerobowy 2.5, beztlenowy 0.0 — czysta regeneracja.

To był bieg, który miał tylko jedno zadanie: przepuścić krew przez nogi i sprawdzić, czy organizm jest gotowy na dalszą pracę.

I jest.

30 minutes of relaxed running in Szczyrk — slightly uphill in the first half, then downhill on the way back.

No pace pressure, full heart rate control. Average 125 bpm, max 140 — exactly where it should be.

Uphill — controlled effort. Downhill — pace increased naturally, without extra effort.
Training effect: aerobic 2.5, anaerobic 0.0 — pure recovery.

This run had one purpose: to get the legs moving and check if the body is ready for the next step.
