Lekki próg przed startem
Wstęp
Dziś trening typowo podtrzymujący przed startem.
Bez dociskania, bez ambicji na wynik — kontrola i wejście w próg.
Trening
Rozgrzewka spokojna, potem krótkie pobudzenie i przejście do głównej części.
2×2 km w progu.
Pierwszy odcinek zachowawczo — tempo w okolicach 4:30–4:35/km, pełna kontrola tętna.
Bez walki, bez szarpania.
Drugi odcinek długo „bez mocy”.
Dopiero na końcówce drugiego kilometra pojawiła się lekkość i chęć przyspieszenia.
Całość robiona w terenie — lekko pofalowana trasa wzdłuż obwodnicy, więc warunki inne niż stadion.
Tym bardziej liczyło się czucie, nie tempo.
Efekt treningu: trafiony.
Aerobowo 3.6 — dokładnie to, co miało być.
Zakończenie
To nie był dzień na ściganie.
To był dzień na kontrolę i zostawienie zapasu.
Forma jest.
Układ nerwowy świeży.
Teraz tylko to wykorzystać.

Light threshold before race
Intro
Today was a maintenance session before the race.
No pushing, no chasing numbers — just control and staying in the threshold zone.
Training
Easy warm-up, short activation, then straight into the main set.
2×2 km threshold.
First rep controlled — around 4:30–4:35/km, heart rate under control.
No forcing, no overpacing.
Second rep felt flat at first.
Only towards the end of the second kilometer the legs started to come alive.
Done on rolling terrain along the bypass, so different conditions than a track.
That’s why it was about feel, not pace.
Training effect: spot on.
Aerobic 3.6 — exactly as planned.
Outro
Not a day for pushing limits.
A day for control and keeping reserve.
Fitness is there.
Nervous system is fresh.
Now it’s time to use it.
