W projekcie SUB40 regeneracja też jest częścią treningu.
Nie zawsze wygląda jak leżenie na kanapie.
Czasem to kilka godzin z drewnem, trocinami i siekierÄ….
Ruch inny niż bieganie, ale głowa odpoczywa dokładnie tak samo.
Dobry trening buduje formÄ™.
Dobra regeneracja pozwala ją utrzymać.
A opał sam się nie zrobi. 🙂

Active recovery — part two
In the SUB40 project, recovery is also part of training.
And it doesn’t always mean lying on the couch.
Sometimes it’s a few hours with wood, sawdust and an axe.
A different kind of movement, but the mind recovers just the same.
Good training builds fitness.
Good recovery helps maintain it.
And firewood won’t prepare itself. 🙂
