Próg nie zawsze wygląda efektownie.

Czasem to po prostu utrzymywanie rytmu, kiedy organizm coraz mocniej próbuje go zabrać.

Falująca pętla wokół lotniska, narastające tempo i coraz cięższy oddech.
Ale tym razem bez resetu, bez rozpadu mechaniki i bez walki o przetrwanie.

Coraz bardziej czuję, że projekt SUB40 zaczyna budować się nie tylko wydolnością…
ale również kontrolą ruchu pod zmęczeniem.

Threshold training doesn’t always look spectacular.

Sometimes it’s simply about holding the rhythm while the body keeps trying to take it away.

Rolling terrain around the airport, progressive pace and heavier breathing with every kilometer.
But this time — no reset, no mechanical breakdown and no survival mode.

More and more, I feel that the SUB40 project is being built not only through endurance…
but through control of movement under fatigue.

Największy progres?

Nie tempo.
Nie tętno.

Tylko fakt, że nawet pod koniec treningu rytm dalej był pod kontrolą.

Jeszcze kilka tygodni temu podobny wysiłek kończył się chaosem i oddechową ścianą.
Teraz organizm dalej walczył — ale już nie rozpadał się w locie. ✈️

Mały krok.
Ale dokładnie z takich kroków buduje się forma.

The biggest progress?

Not the pace.
Not the heart rate.

The real progress was keeping the rhythm controlled even near the end of the session.

A few weeks ago, a similar effort ended in chaos and breathing collapse.
Now the body was still fighting — but it no longer fell apart mid-flight. ✈️

A small step.
But that’s exactly how fitness is built.
