Najważniejsze było utrzymanie rytmu, spokojnej głowy i kontroli tętna.
Forma jest już zbudowana.
Teraz trzeba tylko nie przeszkodzić organizmowi zrobić swojej roboty. 🎯

No forcing the pace, no fighting.
The key was maintaining rhythm, staying relaxed and keeping the heart rate under control.
