El freestyle así como lo dice la palabra traducido al inglés quiere decir estilo libre esto le decimos en el street workout a los trucos que realizamos en la barra fija donde se realizan giros vueltas y todo tipo de cosas normalmente utilizamos esto para calentamiento aunque también solemos hacerlo por días seleccionados.
Freestyle, as the word translated into English means freestyle, this is what we say in street workouts to the tricks we do on the fixed bar where we do turns, turns and all kinds of things, we normally use this to warm up, although we also usually do it for selected days.

Los estáticos en el street workout son los movimientos que realizamos de tensión y aguante por ejemplo las plancha, front lever, back lever, etc. Esto es algo muy esencial para los practicantes del street workout ya que son los movimientos que más cuestan realizar o sacar y no todos puede ser obtenidos tan fácilmente.
