My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2024

The week is going well and smooth as expected. Today, was a bit less stressful probably because of the mood I woke up with. I did a 5.6km run early, even before sunrise. Took a cold bath afterwards. And headed to the office. Less traffic was encountered on my way so I didn't have to sit for so long. Nothing is better than getting to work without sitting for so long as that alone can be tiring. A fabulous day it was.
