These accounts are part of a much larger group of spam accounts that are a blight on the whole steem blockchain. We have recently benched a group of other accounts related to this spammer who were pulling the same scam - copying other users comments from social media and posting under the Dlike tag.

As you can see the above mentioned accounts are receiving support from those same accounts that have already been benched...
