My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2020
Greetings Everyone,
Thanks for stopping by and welcome to my fitness report and also High-Five-Friday we’ve made it to this day and wishing everyone a wonderful and lovely weekend.
So, today I did my morning walk around the neighborhood. Always happy to walk around without the heat but always enjoy the cool air coming through every now and then.
Quite a few people were walking with their pets this morning. Some pets were trained and others weren’t because they kept on barking upon meeting other pets or even people. I think that’s one of the signs how you can tell whether it’s train or not.
I took pictures of flowers as I made my way around the neighborhood as I tend to do most of the time.
Got home and did my breakfast and after I also did a little bit of cleaning. Then I had ice cream for a treat. Ice cream’s a delicious treat in the summer time.
Then I finally got my rest and watching the show on Netflix.
