My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2022

Hello Everybody!

Happy Wednesday. Thanks for coming. Welcome to another stepping report.

So, I started early this morning with the usual floor exercises in my living room while watching and listening the news. That session took a little longer than usual.

Thereafter, I went walking and jogging around the neighborhood. Weather was fairly beautiful for most of the day. I enjoyed this out-and-about around the neighborhood with the wind blowing moderately. Made my activity more pleasant. And I had to stop from time to time to take photos.

Then later, in the afternoon I went to the park at Point Defiance. Weather was too beautiful not to go anywhere, hence the place of choice.
