My Actifit Report Card: May 28 2022

Hi Everybody!

Good day thanks for coming and welcome to another stepping report.

Today’s activity i exercised using resistance band, dumbbells, fit ball, skipping rope, , yoga mat and a chair. I watched some news while doing floor exercises.

This morning's weather temp was 54-56F degrees but it wasn’t sunny because the sun wasn’t shining. In short, it didn’t show up. But the wind was pleasantly blowing every now and then. That felt really good.

Came afternoon, I walked in the park just before it started to pour down. On the way home I stopped by the store and bought some mangoes and ciabatta rolls. At home I made sandwiches and desserts.
