My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2022

Today, as usual I exercised using my dumbbells, resistance band, rope skipping and fit ball.

Then I walked around the neighborhood. Temperature was in the high 50s to low 60s and a bit windy. I walked for an hour or so.

I walked again late this afternoon choosing path with more trees to avoid sun heat. It was good walking where there was more shade around.

At home I rested did some housework and whatnot.

I took pictures of flowers I saw along the roadside.
