My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2022

This morning I did some stretching and warm-up exercises. Then I walked around the neighborhood. Weather was fine with a little bit I’d wind flowing every now and then.

While walking took pictures of the trees with blue sky backdrop with a line striped of clouds.

At home just doing normal house chores and picked up few or some steps walking around indoors and playing with Kenzou.
