My Actifit Report Card: July 29 2022

Greetings and Happy Friday Everyone!

Here is another Actifit stepping activity report in which I started this morning soon after waking up. I began with stretching and warm- up exercises such as sit-ups, jumping jacks/rope skipping, side bend to list a few.

Then I went for a walk for almost an hour around the neighborhood. It was getting warm so had to detour back home before the heat get intense.

Come afternoon I went grocery shopping at the commissary and I also stopped by at H-Mart on the way home.

I found these flowers while out and about today. Hope you’ll like them.
