My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2022

Hello and good day everyone!

Welcome back to another Actifit report in where early this morning I did some exercises and then I walked around the neighborhood.

Later in the afternoon I went to the store and shopped for groceries.

At home I did some housework and then watched an old episodes of Grace and Frankie on Netflix.

That is pretty much it for today.
