Hello Everyone. Good day and welcome to another Actifit report.

Another day and I did some exercises in my living room. After that I walked around the neighborhood. I wasn’t raining but it was a little cold as can be expected for this fall season. Heard a lot of birds singing. They must be happy being around nature.

At home tending housework. I received a few books in the mail. I’ll be busy reading them in the coming weeks ahead.
